Overview
The More from collection section shows additional products from the same collection as the current product. Similar to Related products, it encourages discovery within a category. May include the current product or use slightly different logic depending on the theme. Template-restricted to product pages. Uses theme product cards.
Where to Add This Section
- Go to Online Store > Themes > Customize.
- Select Product or Default product template.
- Scroll to desired position.
- Click Add section.
- Choose More from collection.
- Save.

Step-by-Step Setup
Step 1: Add the section
- Go to Customize > Product template.
- Add More from collection (typically below Related products or product description).
- Save.
Step 2: Configure
- Heading — "More from this collection", "Browse the collection", or similar.
- Products count — 4–8.
- Products per row — 3 or 4.
- Enable swipe on mobile — On for mobile carousel.
- Save.
Behavior
- Uses current product's collection to show more products.
- May or may not exclude the current product (theme-dependent).
- Ideal when you want to emphasize the full collection.
- Product styling from Theme settings > Product tiles.

More From Collection – FAQs
This section shows additional products from the same collection as the product currently being viewed. It encourages customers to continue browsing similar items.
The section automatically selects the first collection assigned to the product. Products from that collection are displayed, excluding the current product.
The section will only display if:
- The page is a product page
- The product belongs to at least one collection
- The collection contains more than one product
If these conditions are not met, the section will remain hidden.
No. The currently viewed product is automatically excluded to prevent duplication.
You can choose between 2 and 10 products in the section settings.
Yes. You can customize the heading text, size, and alignment directly from the Theme Editor.
When enabled, the “View all” link directs customers to the full collection page so they can browse all items in that collection.
Yes. If “Enable swipe on mobile” is activated, the products will display in a horizontal scroll layout on smaller screens.
Products follow the sorting order of the collection. To change the order, adjust the product sorting settings within that collection in Shopify.
Yes. Showing more products from the same collection encourages customers to explore similar items, which can increase average order value and engagement.
