Overview

The FAQs section displays frequently asked questions in an accordion format. Each question expands to show the answer when clicked. Use it to reduce support inquiries, improve SEO, and build trust. Common topics: shipping, returns, sizing, contact, and payment. Add this section to your homepage, a dedicated FAQ page, or the footer area.


Where to Add This Section

  1. Go to Online Store > Themes > Customize.
  2. Select Homepage or Default page (for FAQ page).
  3. Click Add section.
  4. Choose FAQs.
  5. Save.

Quick Setup (3 Steps)

  1. Add heading — Enter section title (e.g. "Frequently Asked Questions") in section settings.
  2. Add Question blocks — Add one Question block per FAQ.
  3. Enter Q&A — For each block: question text and answer.

Step-by-Step Setup

Step 1: Add the section

Add FAQs to your homepage or create a Page and add it to the page template.

Step 2: Add section heading

  1. Enter Heading (e.g. "Frequently Asked Questions").
  2. Set Heading size and Heading position.
  3. Enable Show divider if desired.

Step 3: Add FAQ blocks

  1. Click Add block > Question.
  2. Enter Question (e.g. "How long does shipping take?").
  3. Enter Answer (e.g. "We ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–5 days.").
  4. Add more Question blocks for each FAQ.
  5. Drag blocks to reorder.

Step 4: (Optional) Add intro text

  1. Add Rich text block before Question blocks.
  2. Add introductory text (e.g. "Find answers to common questions below.").
  3. Save.
